Everyday

I love the Hattie selfies I find on my phone!

We have a vase that we keep change in and finally emptied it out!  We ended up with over $50 and treated ourselves to dinner!

Hattie can make her own bed!

New shoes for Baby!

Family hike and a beautiful sunset

And it was the first blue Friday.  Go hawks!

Hattie loves to paint nails!

And do her make-up.

I made this car seat blanket for baby!  I figured he's going to be born in football season, might as well represent.

In a play at the Children's Museum!  She's the queen.

Hattie's having a baby!

And it popped out!  Her name is Spider-Man Sparkle.

Playing in the river:

More Hattie selfies!

She always rides the same horse!

This had to be documented- she actually ate a burger.  Not just, the meat out of the middle.  She ate about a third and then picked out the meat and lettuce.

Ugh.  This was a super long day!  Kurt and Hattie were both throwing up sick.  We decided to go to Instacare...it took 2.5 hours (!!!) to see a doctor.  Ridiculous.  I think we would have been better off staying home!  I'm happy to report both are feeling much better.

I was amazed at how orderly this tea party was!

We do "Hattie School" a couple times a week and she LOVES it.  I've slacked off this week and need to get back with it!  I'm so happy that she loves to learn.

Hattie got to take a ride in our home teacher's restored car!  Awesome!

Watching the tractors dig up the road by the park.

Halloween teeth!  Hattie is very excited to be "a creepy witch" for Halloween.  She still has a while to wait!

Salt Lake Bees

Remember all the way back to last Christmas when our amazing friends did the 12 days of Christmas for us?!  Well, one of those gifts was tickets to a Bees game, and we finally cashed them in!

We were off to a hesitant start when we sat in our seats...directly in the sun!  We lasted about 1 inning and then had to move.  And I'm glad we did!  We had so much fun roaming the ball park.

One of their sponsors is a dairy or something, so they had a booth with this cow to take pictures with and a prize wheel.  All the kids ahead of us spun it around and won a pencil or a piece of candy or something similar.  So I was surprised when Hattie's spin landed on "merchandise" and she got a free t-shirt!  It's an adult large, but still.  I have a shirt to wear to bed (that whole pregnancy thing you know).

This train runs around the back of the ballpark and is free with admission.  We had to wait in line for a while, but Hattie LOVED her turn to ride!

After her turn was done, we continued our walk around the park.

We found the Bee mascot

And this mini field and playground that Hattie played on.

We made a stop at the This is the Place Monument on our way home.  My ancestor, Albert Perry Rockwood's name is on this plaque.

I also got a smashed penny to add to my collection :)

It was a fun day!

30 Weeks

The day I was 30 weeks along, we got a 3D ultrasound of Baby!  I've never had one before, and man is this boy adorable!

He had his hands and feet up by his face.  He kept playing with his toes.  He's measuring about a week ahead of schedule and I think he looks like Henry!  We'll see when he pops out (as Hattie says) in less than two months!!!

Iona (again!)

We go to Iona quite often, if you haven't noticed.

First stop is always to see Henry!

Hattie likes to place rocks on all of our relative's graves.

Hattie asked Kurt to pose with "mom's brother" and then took his picture.

She also wanted her picture with George Andrew's grave.

We went to the Idaho Falls Zoo for the first time! Somehow I've never been there despite visiting Iona every summer of my life.

It was customer appreciation day and admissions was only $5 for all three of us, so we splurged and bought Hattie a t-shirt.

That changes color in the sunlight!  Pretty awesome.

I LOVED that Hattie wanted to "do funny tricks for the cows". And I love that the cows are watching her.

I also love seeing Hattie and Grandpa interact.  He can't understand anything she says, but Hattie still tries!  Here they are filling the bird feeder together.

Another fun, relaxing weekend in Iona.
