Grandpa took us on a drive to see where the canal starts (up by Heise).

Roman's first 4th of July! He did not like the noise so we went inside and watched through the window. First we watched people setting them off in the backyard.
And then we watched the City of Kaysville show from the window upstairs. Thanks for letting us come Kelly and John!
And Roman turned 8 months old! He moves around like crazy with his army crawl and started getting himself into sitting position. He loves to wave and clap and we love him!
Hattie took swim lessons! I didn't get many pictures because Roman and I waded in the shallow kiddie area. Hattie loved it (again) and passed level 1! I'm so proud of her and she was so excited to have passed!
And the Han's came to visit! Everyone else went to watch the fireworks show (for Pioneer Day...but it wasn't on Pioneer Day. Crazy Ogden!) and we had a girls night...plus Roman.

We had nothing to do one weekend and decided to take a trip to Antelope Island! We went to the ranch for the first time which was Hattie's favorite part. It was a fun little trip, but too hot!!!
