Happy 60th Birthday Mom!

We drove out to Washington to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday!  Hattie loved the entire trip and didn't want to come home.  She has told me on a few occasions that she misses Moppy's house.  We love you Mom/Moppy!

The battery in my car stopped working the night before our drive, but we considered it lucky we were able to get it replaced and the car in good shape before actually being on the road.  We were not so lucky on the drive there....Snoqualmie Pass was closed and we ended up taking a 2-3 hour detour through Steven's Pass up north.  And then we hit construction a few exits away from our final destination and came to a stand still on the freeway.  But we made it safe and sound and Hattie did AMAZING in the car.  So proud of that girl.
